Ugh!
One of our dogs, the one that has puked up bile 4 times this afternoon, just ate a painted noodle off of a necklace that my daughter made in preschool. Can’t wait until he pukes again… ugh!
Halloween showing
Linda Blair is hosting a showing of ‘The Exorcist’ on Sunday at the Hollywood Blvd Cinema in Woodridge for Halloween, wish I could make it. Best scary movie, ever!
What to do?
Making pasta with meat sauce tonight, I have about 1/2 lb too much cooked ground beef. Any ideas as to what I make with it? We had tacos last night.
I love the sound of rain (and the smell, too). It almost feels like springtime.
Dinner tonight
A fan favorite (and by fan, I mean family). Creamy Broccoli-Stuffed Chicken Breasts. Yum!

Stop, Drop, and Roll
A few of the local firemen visited my daughter’s school today. Apparently, they taught all of the kids to stop, drop, and roll. Now, she is stop, drop, and rolling all over the house. Quite a sight.
My son just woke up, yes, it’s 9:30. Luckily, my husband is working from home today and I was able to let him sleep when I took my daughter to school. I went in to make sure he was still breathing when I saw he was still sleeping after getting back from the school. Somebody must have been growing last night and better day to sleep in then an icky, rainy, cold, dreary day, it makes me want to go back to bed.

Sick little one, part 2
She just got sick again in her bed. Poor little girl, I wish I could do something for her other then just cleaning her up and hugs and kisses. Hopefully, that was the last of it and she can finally get some sleep, though the coughing is awful.

My poor, little girl has an awful cough. So bad that she coughed so hard in her sleep that she vomited all over. Thank goodness my husband is home from his business trip, it’s much easier with two people. Hoping that she gets over this quickly, it’s never fun being sick.
