Happy Thanksgiving to All
I am very thankful for my wonderful family today. I have the greatest husband, kids, parents, siblings, and in-laws.
Also, a BIG Happy Birthday to my sister, Kristiana! 29 is going to be an amazing year for you. Can’t wait to meet your little girl or guy come May!

Mom's night out
I joined a mom’s group through meetup.com when we moved to the ‘burbs. Tonight is a Mom’s Night Out that I have been looking forward to and of course I now have the cold the rest of the family has been fighting for a few weeks now. A dirty martini helps fight a cold right? Or maybe a Bloody Mary because of the vitamins in the tomato juice. Hope I don’t end up feeling worse...

I love climbing into our bed with fresh sheets on.

I’ve been on a Bloody Mary kick since we got back from Nashville. My hubby spent 10 minutes making the ‘perfect’ mix and it was amazing. Procrastination
I am supposed to be packing myself, the kids, and the dogs for our Nashville trip that we are leaving for tomorrow morning. My hubby is in NYC for work and so it’s all up to me. Instead, I am sitting in the family room, catching up with DVR’d shows from tonight. Ugh, why must I be such a procrastinator? I will be driving the whole way, I need my sleep tonight. Well, I should get up...

So the family and I are headed down to Nashville tomorrow through the weekend to visit Dad (working down there for a year, very long commute back home to Chicago) and celebrate Mom’s birthday. My sister, the kids, the dogs and I are driving down tomorrow afternoon and my other sisters and husband are flying down on Thursday. This should be a lot of fun and I’m very much looking...
