I just logged into Rue La La for the first time in forever and saw that I have $30 worth of credit. I will now be logging in everyday to find something I love.

I have lost multiple posts over the last few days b/c I’ve written and “posted” them from my phone. When I go back and look, they don’t post at all! I just wrote a very long ranting frustrated mom post and it has disappeared. Ugh!

I’m headed to a bridal shower downtown Saturday afternoon at a hotel (in a suite). I have been to many a bridal shower but for some reason I can’t make up a decision as to if this outfit is too casual. Navy polka dot top and red pants from Gap and navy patent heels from Target. So what I need to know is: Is this too casual? 

If this is too casual, I plan on wearing a dress with tights and the same shoes in black. 

Later that night is a cocktail/dinner at Hub51. 

This is what I plan on wearing (top from JCrew, pants from Gap, black patent shoes from Target), not too fancy, right?

My son is driving me nutso. He is upstairs refusing to sleep. Jumping up and down, singing, then crying, then talking. I have been up there at least 8 times. I have checked his diaper, sat in the chair and made sure he laid down, took out all of his stuffed animals (except for his cow, that would just be mean). We need to be out the door at 4pm to head down to my parent’s where I am getting my bangs trimmed and printing out my sister’s baby shower invites. I have a feeling he is not going to sleep at all and then be a cranky monkey all night. At least I’ll have my mom and sisters to help. 

Edit: I decided to get him up since I want to leave as soon as my daughter wakes up. I’m hoping he falls asleep in the car. I don’t usually put a movie on for a 30 min drive but I think I might just to keep him happy. 

Seriously, the mall is dead, seeing as though everything closes in the next 45 mins but yet the Apple Store is jam packed. All I need to do is pickup my replacement 1st generation iPad and it’s taking awhile.
